Hi, I’m Leigh — writer, dreamer, wellness coach, and now the proud author of Poof’s Magical Forest Adventure.

This story has lived in my heart for over a decade. It was born during a time in my life when I felt uncertain, a little lost, and unsure of what came next. Like Poof, I had to step outside my comfort zone to discover who I truly was — not by becoming someone else, but by embracing everything I already carried inside.

In many ways, Poof’s journey inspired mine. Writing this book reminded me of the power of friendship, the importance of kindness, and the quiet courage it takes to keep going — even when you’re not sure where the path leads. It reminded me that we all have something special to offer, even if it takes time to find it.

Now, as a holistic wellness coach, my greatest joy is helping others reconnect with their own magic — the part of themselves that’s been there all along, just waiting to shine.
